We do not accept requests for Product Returns for exchanges or refund other than the following reasons:

Faulty or damaged product due to manufacturing defects or incomplete items received.

We checked all products prior to packing and delivery to ensure that all products are in excellent condition and complete items to be delivered. However, in case of any faulty, damaged products or incomplete items received, you must contact our customer service team at salesadmin@allwell.com.my or call +606-317 7018 within 24 hours of goods receipt.

For eligibility for the possibility of an exchange, you must:

  • Make sure products in the original or condition.
  • State in detail the product that is said to be defective.
  • Please provide other information such as order number, photo, as requested by us.

If the exchange is allowed, you must:

  • Return the product to our office within 10 working days of our order for verification and inspection
  • Make sure the product is in original condition (not used) with the original packaging and label with all accessories
  • Pay RM30 as administrator fee for the transaction

 

Upon confirmation with our customer service team, please return the item and resubmit to:

No change is allowed if we identify the product:

  • Have been used, abused or subjected to negligence, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal circumstances; or
  • Has been involved in any damage caused by improper attempts at repair or repair; or
  • Has been handled or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions for the product.
  • Not in the original packaging and label

In the event that a request for an exchange has been approved during the inspection and the product is out of stock or unavailable, we may:

  • Replace it with a similar type of product
  • Refund the cost of the product itself
